Prince Hon. Dr. Saviour Chishimba is the President of the United Progressive People (UPP) of Zambia and a highly personable, competent, self-motivated, dynamic and team-spirited public health consultant and researcher recognized for in various work environments/settings.

He has actively spent 22 years of his life in the Public Sphere (Political and Socio-economic Sphere). He has a Ph.D. in Public Health and is an expert in strategic planning, public health policy development and analysis, development of monitoring and evaluation systems, data quality management, project management, and fundraising.
